The foundation was established in December of 2020 and was created by Danielle Claudio. She was inspired to connect with the public via social media and also use her time helping families.
She launched a campaign under the name of SpreadTheCheer2020. She managed to raise a enough amount of money in two weeks and started the foundation shortly after.
